B | 针对此情况，记者联系了抖音商城官方客服。对于“为何温婉 Wenwan账号已被封禁，而温婉官方旗舰店仍可正常更新并继续卖货”的疑问，工作人员回应称，无法核实其他账号的具体情况，若用户需举报，可协助提交相关材料。

C | 关于温婉官方旗舰店销售高仿奢侈品服装的问题，工作人员表示，直播间均有审核人员实时监督。

D | 那么商品未缝制品牌LOGO，但主播公开称产品系“打版复制”并提及品牌名，是否构成销售假冒注册商标的商品罪或商标侵权？大号被封后通过小号继续卖货，平台是否有义务封禁关联账号？记者就此事咨询了浙江五联律师事务所张建齐律师。张律师分析指出，该问题需分两类情形：如果所售商品本身属于假冒产品，不是正品，却按照正品宣传引导消费者购买，则构成虚假宣传可能涉嫌销售伪劣产品；若该商品为某品牌的“假货”"高仿”，即除商标外，其余款式、标识等均仿照正品生产、标注，那么该行为至少构成民事层面的商标侵权，情节严重时可能构成销售假冒注册商标的商品罪。
