二 |     On November 24, veteran author Salim Khan celebrated his 90th birthday in the company of his loving family. This included his wives, Helen and Salma Khan. Helen shared heartfelt photos from the little get-together on social media. Helen and Salma sat on either side of Salim in the photos, grinning brightly for the camera as they twinned in black. In a different picture, Salim was seen standing in front of his birthday cake with both of his wives standing proudly next to him.     Helen posted a rather touching note which thanking Salim Khan for the wonderful years together. She also praised his generosity, humour and presence. In the letter she called him a “living legend” and talked about how he has contributed to the family. She has also addressed his career accomplishments and all that makes him an icon in the industry. She went on to state that he is the family’s Galaxy and called his support to the wind beneath their wings and their strength.      Salim Khan's partnership with Salma started in 1964, long before he rose to prominence as one of the most important writers of Indian film. Salman, Arbaaz, Sohail, and Alvira were the four children they raised together. With hits like Zanjeer, Deewar, and Don, his collaboration with Javed Akhtar revolutionized popular storytelling in the 1970s and 1980s and shaped Amitabh Bachchan's reputation. Salim left a lasting impression on Indian film history by writing successful scripts even after the legendary pair split up.Also Read: Video: Salman Khan’s Mother Salma Khan Grooves With Helen。表彰满30教龄非在编幼儿教师，提升职业荣誉感为进一步营造尊师重教良好社会风尚，今年8月，罗湖区教育局通过了《关于表彰年满30年教龄非在编幼儿园教师的工作方案》，首次对辖区内幼儿园年满30年教龄的非在编幼儿教师进行的表彰。罗湖区的这一举措是对无数坚守幼教事业教师们的尊重与认可，也进一步强化了幼儿教师的职业使命感和社会责任感。罗湖区童乐幼儿园胡雪峰、翠苑幼儿园王兰开、琪琪幼儿园陈春玲、长岭幼儿园许志萍、深圳市第一建筑工程公司幼儿园余笑梅、赖秋玮6人成为首批获得此项荣誉的幼儿教师。加强幼儿园师德师风建设，提升职业道德素养为进一步增强全区幼儿园师德师风建设的针对性和实效性，今年7月，罗湖区教育局印发了《罗湖区关于进一步加强幼儿园师德师风建设的通知》，包括师德教育、师德激励、师德考核与监督、师德奖惩等方面的举措。今年，罗湖区对师德师风管理工作进行了全面梳理，在师德负面行为清单中，涵盖了思政纪律、教育教学、廉洁从教、行为作风四个方面18条行为，明确了师德失范行为的处理办法及问责机制等。今年春季学期结束时，近3.8万名幼儿家长参与了对班级教师和保育员的师德师风评价。

三 | 启动学前教育“苗圃工程”，构建人才成长梯队据悉，罗湖区于今年启动了学前教育“苗圃工程”，计划到2025年，认定区级名师60人、名师培养对象200人，“雏鹰计划”园级骨干教师约150人，成立不少于20个名师工作室，依托名师工作室及10个学区，承担起培养区级、园级骨干的培养任务，与市级“苗圃工程”相衔接，构建“区级名师——区级名师培养对象——园级骨干教师”成长梯队，建设高素质学前教育骨干教师队伍，促进幼儿园教师队伍专业化发展。目前，罗湖区共有240人申报了首批区级名师、名师培养对象及“雏鹰计划”园级骨干教师。相关负责人表示，“下一步，罗湖区将继续加强幼儿园教师队伍建设，多措并举提高幼儿教师的职业道德水平和科学保教能力，打造高素质的保教队伍，实现罗湖区‘善幼善育’的目标。”采写：南都记者 谢粤蕾 通讯员 刘梁卓返回搜狐，查看更多责任编辑：
